Refunds and Service Resumption
- Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made for KofBel Educational Consulting services are non-refundable. This includes situations where services are completed, paused, delayed, or discontinued by the client.
- Resuming Services: Should there be a temporary interruption in services for any reason, clients may resume the remaining agreed-upon services at a later date, based on availability and mutual understanding. No additional fee will be charged for the resumption of the original scope of services. However, requests for new services, expanded support, or significant changes to the original agreement may require a separate fee or new agreement.
No Compensation or Guaranteed Outcomes
- Independence in Guidance: KofBel Educational Consulting does not solicit, request, or accept any form of compensation—financial or otherwise—from educational institutions for student referrals, placement, admissions, or enrollments.
- Professional Recommendations: Our guidance and support are grounded in our professional judgment, experience, and the information provided by clients and students. While we strive to help identify strong educational opportunities and facilitate competitive applications, KofBel does not guarantee admission decisions, scholarships, financial-aid awards, visa outcomes, institutional placements, or any specific results.
- Decision Authority: All decisions regarding admissions, enrollment, scholarships, and financial aid are made solely by the respective educational institutions or responsible third parties.
Confidentiality and Privacy
- Commitment to Privacy: KofBel Educational Consulting places great importance on the privacy of each client and student. Any information shared with us will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the appropriate consent from the client, student, parent, or legal guardian, unless disclosure is mandated by law or necessary to provide the agreed-upon services.
- Minor Consent: If the student is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and authorization on the student's behalf.
Client Acknowledgment
By engaging the services of KofBel Educational Consulting, both the client and the student acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms. They confirm that they are entering into this service relationship voluntarily and recognize that KofBel’s advice and recommendations are offered as professional guidance—not as promises, warranties, or guarantees of specific outcomes.
